The Journal of Plant Physiology and Breeding (JPPB) is a prominent publication in the field of phytophysiology and plant breeding, published by the University of Tabriz. It encompasses a wide range of topics related to plant physiology and plant breeding. The journal publishes original research studies covering various facets of plant physiology and breeding, including photosynthesis and respiration, growth and development, transport and translocation, biotechnology, genetics, breeding for biotic and abiotic stresses, and cultivar development. Additionally, it accepts papers that explore trends and hypotheses. Experimental and theoretical articles, reviews, and descriptions of innovative methods and instruments are also featured. Manuscript submission to JPPB indicates that the material has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere. The editorial board is highly interested in publishing research from all countries.

The Journal of Plant Physiology and Breeding (JPPB) aims to publish research and review papers on the most recent issues and developments in the field. All papers are subject to a double-blind reviewing process.
